Shipping Dispatch & Returns


We can send your order anywhere within Australia.and New Zealand  All our items are Warehouse packed with the upmost care for safe delivery. We ship all products by our nominated Track & Trace Courier unless otherwise directed. Delivery usually takes between 2 and 14 days from dispatch depending on your location.

We do not dispatch to PO Boxes as we do not use Australia Post for Glass Items.

Most deliveries are prepared and booked and dispatched within 2 - 3 Business days. During some peak periods of the year it may take up to 4 Business Days to pack and dispatch

Please note in circumstances where the selected courier service is unavailable or experiencing delivery delays,
Glass Bottles Direct may find it necessary to use an alternative courier or method of delivery to ship your order.
Glass Bottles Direct  will absorb any additional shipping charges in such cases.



Warehouse Pickups are available , and usually are ready for collection after 2 Business Days - after orders are placed and paid for. No orders are prepared for either dispatch or collection from our warehouse unless it is paid for in full (Unless prior aprroval has been given by Glass Bottles Direct).


Payments can be made by the following methods:-
Direct Deposit

Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard) over the phone, by calling the Office between 10am and 2 pm MON - FRi (except Public Holidays)

EFPOS Facility is available at the Warehouse



All our Glass Jar delivery & Handling charges are based on a combination of weight / size of the item you are ordering and suburb/Postcode. 

Delivery of your order to any Major State Capitals and Major Regional Towns
can be packed from 500gms up to a max of 20kg
A minimal Handling Charge is incorporated within the delivery Charge (Packaging related Cost)



Delivery Address
Please check your delivery address carefully as we will not be responsible for delivery to an incorrect address. The customer shall be responsible for the cost to resend a parcel that is returned because of an incorrect address.

ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER. If an order is cancelled after the order has been packed and booked for Dispatch by Courier a 20% of Total Value of goods may be charged for restocking back to our warehouse shelves

If an order has been dispatched by courier and is not received or if an item is received and it is either damaged or faulty, a return claim MUST be filed with within 1 day from date of receipt of goods. along with Photographs of Damaged goods or packaging. Transit Insurance is available to you as an optional extra cost, Please advise us when you place your original order for a quote. Must be done prior to us booking your order for dispatch.

Email details of your claim to 
The following options will then be made available:

1. Replacement: If possible, a replacement will be sent, subject to availability. or replacement of damaged item with your next order and dispatch.

2. Credit: If no replacement is available, a credit will be offered to the full amount of the purchase price.

3. Refund: If a refund is required, it will be provided according to the original payment (i.e. if payment was made on Visa, the visa will be credited. If the item was purchased by direct credit, the debited account shall be credited).

Returns are not accepted due to a change of mind, so please choose carefully.
Exchanges will not be permitted.
